Established by Phil Lane, Neil Dady and Glyn Poxon in 1998, The EPM Group quickly developed a philosophy of providing an enhanced quality of delivery and customer service, on a national basis, to the high street multiples market.
Naturally, the group has evolved over the past decade to provide a multi services offering, including project and facilities management through its companies Celsius Solutions Ltd and 3SIX5 Ltd.

EPMs core offering is very much its strength in terms of air conditioning design, installation and after sales service – through the contracting business, EPM Air Conditioning (Contracts) Ltd, and the service and maintenance business, EPM Air Conditioning (Service) Ltd – to high street names such as New Look, Starbucks, Boots, Borders, Carphone Warehouse, TK Maxx, Blockbuster, Pret a Manger & Monsoon Accessorise.

The profile of other projects undertaken include the complete mechanical services design and installation package for a Municipal Leisure Centre in the Midlands, numerous hotel bedroom refit projects, as well as works associated with numerous office fit outs in the centre of London and throughout the UK.

Normal operations will see a variety of projects being handled at any one time for our repeat user client base, from small retail refit projects with a value of £15k through to a £30k coffee shop, to large retailer projects in excess of £400k. As ever, the secret is not so much in the value of the projects but maintaining the quality of delivery on all of the number of projects running and completing at the same time.

Celsius Solutions has recently completed the design, project management and fit-out of a new artisan Chocolate and Patisserie facility in West London for a Chocolatier of international renown with new retail outlets due to open shortly in Kensington and Belgravia.

The ECO challenge and the resultant emergence of new energy-saving technologies means EPM are constantly evolving and diversifying our core offering and it’s clearly a market where we have a great depth of experience and technical knowledge, and as such EPM Group has a lot to offer in applying sources of Renewable Energy such as Heat Pumps and Gas Driven Air Conditioners.

This can take the form of innovative design solutions in terms of HVAC for instance we have recently designed and installed a number of gas-driven VRF systems for clients wishing to install air conditioning where previously a lack of cost-effective and available electricity had prohibited such an installation.

The key to continuing this trend of providing innovative and effective solutions is investment predominantly in the training and personal development of our people. The group has been an accredited ‘Investors in People’ organization since 2004.
